What This Refund Policy Covers

• This refund covers how The ATrade Desktop™ treats returns and or membership cancellation requests for paid memberships.
• This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that The ATrade Desktop™ does not own or control.

Refund Policy

• The ATrade Desktop™ does not provide a completely free trial period.
• The ATrade Desktop™ provides a 7-day trial account at a cost of $3.00.
• The full monthly cost of The ATrade Desktop™ is billed after the initial 7-day evaluation, providing that the subscription has not been cancelled.
• All new members of The ATrade Desktop™ are required to provide valid billing information upfront at the time of enrolling.
• Requests to cancel membership subscriptions can be made at any time.
• If you cancel your subscription prior to the initial full 7-day evaluation, you will be entitled to a full refund of the initial $3.00 fee, ONLY.
• If you cancel your subscription after the initial full 7-day evaluation, you will not be entitled to ANY refund, no exceptions.
• Members are responsible for requesting cancellations and/or refunds via webmail or via telephone or by logging into the member's only area.
